30 DAY LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

Blushield devices have a 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee. Please contact our staff before placing an order if you are not entirely sure of your selection. Full refunds will only be given if the product is returned UNOPENED and UNUSED within the 30 day window. Please decide carefully when purchasing, as refunds on opened products are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. It costs us time and money to process returns and we cannot resell previously-opened devices as new. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and the cost to return the product is borne by the customer as well. You must first contact a customer service representative to initiate your return. Refunds will be processed after the product has been returned and confirmed to be in new or like-new condition with the original packaging. Products returned in poor condition (scratched, broken, or missing parts) will not be refunded. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed beyond the 30 day window. The 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Blushield products purchased from third-party vendors such as eBay or Amazon. All accessory sales (e.g. chargers, apparel, supplements) are final and non-refundable.

1 YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

Blushield devices come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty that covers factory defects or faults. It does not cover misuse, modification, or damage from neglect (e.g. dropping the device or water exposure). If you suspect that there is a warranty claim to be made on your device, please review our troubleshooting page and contact us to conduct virtual troubleshooting. If a claim is made, the device must first be returned to us for an inspection. The postage cost is to be covered by the customer. Once received by our staff, the device will undergo hands-on troubleshooting. If found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the device will be repaired if possible, otherwise it will be replaced with a new model of the same product or one of equal value. Upon request, customers can pay to upgrade the defective device replacement, however, refunds will not be given for warranty claims. Claims will be denied if the product is outside of the warranty period or user damaged. The Product Warranty does not apply to Blushield products purchased from third-party vendors such as eBay or Amazon. Warranty repairs or replacements can only be processed within the active 1-year warranty period, from the date of the initial purchase.

REFURBISHED UNITS

Refurbished units are sold AS IS and may have minor imperfections on the device or packaging. However, all units sold as refurbished are in perfect working condition and carry the same one year manufacturer's warranty as brand new devices. These units are already discounted 30% off retail, so no additional discounts or bundle deals apply. All sales on refurbished units are final.

DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Discontinued items sales are final. Discontinued items carry a one year manufacturer's warranty. Approved warranty claims on discontinued items will be awarded store credit if a replacement of the same device is no longer available.
