Cancellation
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
If the customer needs to cancel the order for any reason, contact Blushield as soon as possible after the order is placed. If the order has not been dispatched, the full amount of the order will be refunded, including the shipping cost.
In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to contact Blushield and let us know they will receive the order and send it back. Cancelation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Blushield by email and this email has been acknowledged by Blushield.
Refunds for canceled orders will be given once the item/s are received in original and unopened condition. Blushield will not refund the original shipping cost if the item was dispatched. Upon arrival of the return, if the items are not in original and unopened condition, the refund will be subject to a 20% return fee.
Cancelations are only possible after the order is placed and before the customer receives the order. Contact Blushield as soon as possible to cancel your order, if necessary.
Where stock may be unavailable Blushield reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
